A crown is the part of your natural tooth that you can see above the gumline. If your tooth is cracked or broken, we shape, fit and place a new porcelain dental crown that restores the look and function of the damaged tooth. A dental bridge is 3 or more crowns that are linked and it fills the gap where teeth are missing. Fixed bridges are bonded into place and can only be removed by the dentist. Removable bridges (known as partial dentures) can be taken out and cleaned.
